(a) Our Contract
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.
(b) Pricing and Availability
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
Displayed prices at time of ordering are the “Total Price” you pay and may be offered for a limited period under Promotional Offer’s.
(c) Price and Payment
VAT may not be applicable under “Promotional Offers” at time of purchase. You must pay by submitting your order and we can take payment immediately or otherwise before delivery of the goods.
Delivery
We provide FREE delivery on all orders over £1000, any order under the value will be charged at £120. We only to deliver to UK addresses only.
Our normal delivery period for bespoke goods is within 30 Days from receipt of deposit. Whereas we will do all we reasonably can to meet this timeframe it will not be the essence of the contract.
You must inform us of impending Holidays or exclusion dates at time of order. We will need to know if there are specific limitations for delivery vehicle access “narrow entry gates” etc. Goods will be delivered to the address you provide us. This address must be the mailing address for credit or debit card provided at time of order, unless written arrangements have been provided by you prior to delivery. We do not generally deliver to addresses outside England and Wales.
You agree we may need to deliver goods in instalments in which case you will not be required to pay an additional charge. If you or your nominee fail, through no fault of ours, to take delivery of goods an additional delivery charge will be added and at your cost.
The goods will become your responsibility once delivery has been complete. You must, if reasonably practicable, examine all goods before accepting same. In the event of goods being damaged on delivery, you must notify us in writing within 3 days from receipt of order.
Furniture smaller than 1.4 meters in height may come pre assembled, orders over this size will be packaged ready for assembly. In most cases the good will require one or more persons to help unload your delivery. Note: our appointed driver will not carry goods inside any premises.
Conformity and Warranty
We will supply goods in conformity with the contract. Upon delivery the goods will:

Right to Cancel
You may cancel your order without liability by informing us in writing before:
- a “conformation of supply document is made”.
This is a distance contract and as such normal cancellation terms expire after 14 days of order. Note: Normal Cancellation Rights do not apply to a contract for the following goods:
- Goods which are made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
- Goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
- By entering into this contract you agree to abide by its terms.
Dispute’s Complaints
For your protection, the Contract is governed by the Law of England and Wales. As such any disputes arising can be submitted to the jurisdiction of England and Wales.
